Reading a certificate
Four things to check.

Match the lot printed on your vial to the lot on the report.

Purity
The share of the target compound in the sample, measured by HPLC.

Identity
Confirmation the material is the compound named, typically by mass spectrometry.

Lab & date
Which independent lab ran the test, and when.
